Cooling Scythe Big Shuriken 3 or Cryorig C1 (with NF-A12x25)?

Hello, Wondering which heatsink would offer better perf with a NF-A12x25?
Scythe Big Shuriken 3 or Cryorig C1?

I'm planning on putting a Silverstone filter right over the heatsink fan, hence the screwed instead of clipped on heatsinks (for a custom semi-open enclosure).
I was also looking at the Thermalright AXP-200, though stock seems rare at best...
Open to other recommendations as well that is <100mm and can fit a NF-A12x25 with a filter!

C1 can fit 140mm fan. If you want to use A12x25, Big Shuriken 3 is my recommend.

Thing is c1 has 120mm mounting pattern, so few fans fit.
I was looking at the A15, but 140mm noctuas don't have sterrox yet...
