I'm looking for a tiny power adapter to use with this build, it shouldn't draw more than 80 watts so a smaller adapter should be possible, right? Any suggestions for a tiny one?

Have you considered going internal with the HDPlex 80W AC-DC?

I have, but it would take up a lot of space and it would look odd if there was a power cable going to it (case inside a PC component)

You shouldn't have any problem using a 60W external AC adapter with that build. But, if you don't need the absolute smallest AC adapter, then 80-90W is preferable.

For 12V, I've used the 60W that Mini-Box.com sells, but it's not the smallest option. For 19V you could look at some of the slim Dell AC adapters. The FINsix as already suggested is probably the smallest and most expensive option.
