Cooling Silverstone NT08-115X Cpu Cooler

On Silverstone's website they have the NT08-115X which says it has 95 watts of thermal dissipation and I was wondering if anyone has this or has used it before?

Apparently hits about 63 dBA at load. Might want to reconsider.

I've used it before and it's a great cooler. I'd recommend it but not for any more than $20-25.
