Well, regarding your CPU cooling, the only benefit I see to mod Ophion is to make compatible (recycle) your H115i with it..
Have you checked that it fits Ophion with no other issues than those fixing points? You can even go for half mod (create hole only for half screws, in cross)
If yes, well, I guess it can worth it...
