While playing games the GPU utilization is around 80 to 97% , but the temperature is constant under 54degree celcius.
At Peak ,with 3d Mark, it Hits (at Timespy Benchmark) around 63 degrees celcius.
Before Copper modding it was around 78 to 79 degrees.
So this Mod is a success for me

in the near Future i want to build a sff Pc
With this modded gpu.
This is How i would arrange the parts
(„Lüfter“ is german for „fan“)
Do you Think 160watt is sufficent for this setup ?
I want to build a AMD ryzen 5500 and an Mini itx mainboard with the slimmest fan
The rx 6400 has a TDP of 53watt
And the amd 5500 CPU has 65w TDP

yeah, using a Pico PSU almost always requires some tinkering (e.g. soldering, custom wiring, etc) unless you buy a ready made set with matching ACDC brick, like e.g.:

Streacom ST-NANO160 (160 W) - kaufen bei Galaxus

not quite sure what you mean with the switch... if you build with a normal ITX motherboard, the PicoPSU will switch On/Off with your PC like a normal ATX PSU
If i need More Watts i would prefer the HDPlex 250w PSU
But i think its more elegant when the PSU is outside the case ( like a Notebook)

for the mainboard i would Use something like this:

my latest idea, to design the case, was to connect the lid, the bottom and the eGPU Dock with two M2x40 screws
the screws go down through two 2.4mm holes in the lid and the bottom and end in the m2 threads of the dock.
the threads in the eGPU dock are the "yellow" part
M2x40:
i am not sure if i will use white or black PETG for the final Print , but i tend to use the white filament

The Last Prototype is ready: now Everything fits nicely
Temps going now up to 69 degrees celcius
While playing witcher . But fps are great.
But i think the Airflow is ok Because warm air comes out at the slots on the sides of the case.

so when turning the fans around (to exhaust) the temps dont go over 65 degrees while gaming witcher wild hunt which is 4 degrees celcius improvement to inhale the air
