Advice Riser cable mount hole spacing 108mm vs 103mm - update SFF google doc please

I have a 5L case with a Thermaltake riser where I can only mount one of the screws. Also I have to take the back panel bracket off the GPU to make it work.

I'm not sure who is maintaining this doc, but it would be nice to know which risers have which spacing.

Sorry to clarify, the 2 Thermaltake risers I've seen have the same hole spacing which I would guess is 103mm.
