Question about intake fan in Evolv Shift

TL;DR: 120mm intake fan in bottom, 25mm or 15mm thickness?

Wondering what size fan would be best as the intake fan in the bottom of my Shift. A 120x25mm gives good flow and better pressure than a 120x15mm. But I'm wondering if the 25mm thick fan impedes air intake through the bottom of the case, such that the 15mm would yield better results.

What have you guys experienced?

I have a Shift X and have personally found that high pressure fans help a lot. I use Delta AFB1212SH fans, with top in and bottom out.
Haven't tried a 15mm thick one but considering the weird janky airflow, I personally wouldn't

Depending on how hot your PC gets, I'd also recommend to remove the filters. I have a i5 and a 980 Ti Kingpin in there, both overclocked, and it would turn into quite the oven after a while if I didn't remove them.
