I had posted on another thread on the forum about a machine crash that put me in an emergency situation needing to purchase a new machine immediately. However, that has passed and I'm able to limp along with what I have. It gives me time to research a rebuild. (I do this every few years) I again want to reuse some components from the current setup. I'm looking for thoughts/opinions on component compatibility and updates. Remember, this is not a gaming machine, it is my portable CAD workstation for work.

Current machine.
Case: Silverstone SG13 Mini ITX Case
Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX B550-I GAMING

Proposed build with new upgrades in RED

(Or ASRock B850I lightning?)
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 9700X
PSU: Keep Existing Corsair SF450 (2016) 450 Fully Modular SFX Power Supply. Or do I need more power for the new mobo ans processor?
Cooler: Keep Existing. Corsair H50 57 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler. (120mm fan) This fits the case well, but is from 2016. Should I get something different for the new processor?
Video Card: Keep Existing Gigabyte WINDFORCE OC GeForce RTX 3050 6GB

I just put together a workstation with components you're considering : Asus B850-I, Ryzen 7 9700X and Kingston 64GB DDR5-6000 CL30-36-36-80.

Didn't try Windows, but for what it's worth WIFI-7 and Bluetooth worked out-of-the-box with the lastest Archlinux ISO. The "reset BIOS" button at the back is super handy with SFF builds, no need to wire a momentary switch while tinkering with EFI settings 😅
