New Sliger SM560 much hotter than expected

Just got the setup complete and it's gorgeous (both vented). Seeing some temps I didn't expect. Looking for advice (or confirmation). Prime95 holds steady at 62C until 8 min, then goes quickly to 88. Idle is at 40-42C. Fans hit max except PSU which doesn't even turn on. Running fans in exhaust, as per the prevailing wisdom. Chipset max at 57 (balanced fan profile)

Just ran 20 min of Youngblood and saw the following:

CPU: 82 max, 66 avg
GPU: 74 max, 66 avg
All other temps under 60

Started dropping frames before I turned it off, which was unexpected. Not my first SFF, but first with AIO and Ryzen. I do have a backup AF Black Ridge, but loathe to take everything apart.

Couple questions, do you have the pump and fan running full speed during the tests? Have you tried reseating the block and reapplying the TIM? If you look at this review @3lfk1ng recently did with the SM550 and the Asetek 645LT he was getting temps of 82C with a 2700x and 95C with a 3900x.

Thanks for the response. The fans/pump all ramp to 100% as per the PWM profile (but I'll check the pump again). That redux moves some hot air out of the case. Haven't reseated the block yet, will give that a go, but I'm certain it's good. Looking forward to sharing pics!

For cpu cooling, please could you take a picture of your setup?
Are you using asetek 645LT plate from sliger with RTX2070 FE above?

I'm experiencing very very good GPU temperature and noise, and good cpu temperature while asetek is only powered at 9v (instead of 12v).
