My case just arrived today! I could get a used Z77 mini itx board and use it for 6 month then wait for intel 10th gen and Ryzen 4000 series review before pull the trigger. Or just all in with intel i7 10700K. I only play game in 1080P 60Hz.

Awesome, have fun building it! If you only game in 1080/60Hz, it depends how much you want to spend. You could get a really nice, silent build with some low wattage components, liquid cooled or nice noctua coolers. I heard Ryzen Zen 3 won't be compatible with any X570 or earlier motherboards, which seems weird but may be a good reason to use the Z77 until things are confirmed.
