Log Mjolnir Build Advice

Got my shiny new Mjolnir, and I am preparing for a build in the past few months

Thus far I got:

Mjolnir (400€)
Corsair SF600 (140€)
Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti (750€)
Samsung 960 EVO 1TB (410€)

Looking into the following:

Intel Core i5-12600K (370€)
ASRock Z690 Phantom Gaming (500€)
Kingston DDR5 32GB, 4800MHz


Any suggestions for CPU cooler, ventilation, case fans?
Was looking into Hydro Series H60. Water cooling is optional.
Open to any suggestions.
