Advice Looking to build a new pc but want a case like the Corsair One

Hello, I am looking to build a pc in the near future but want it to take as little room as possible. However, the last time I built a pc was in 2014 and I had a bit of help.
I made up two part lists but decided that I really like the look of the Corsair One (https://www.corsair.com/ww/en/Categ...CORSAIR-ONE-Compact-Gaming-PC/p/CS-9020032-AU) or the MSI Trident X (https://au.msi.com/Desktop/MEG-Trident-X-10th).

I like the idea of the corsair one case since its footprint is more vertical. I would like a 3080 and a i7-12700K most likely, but also for it to be as quiet as possible.
When making the list, I am worried about everything fitting well as well.

If you could help me out a bit, since it is getting quite overwhelming...

have you looked into the Lian Li/Dan A4-H2O already? That might be a better choice, because of better cooling options (eg. AIO or custom water cooling) and space-wise, too.
Also, you might want to switch to a Z690 board, specifically for undervolting the i7.
