Good time of day, may someone assist me in my search of enclosure (preferably with motherboard), that support 4300GE and which can be cared my hand almost all day long? (something like asrock deskmini, but smaller? Or it's smallest available solution?)

The deskmini or other mstx kits are the smallest socketed amd mb, but asrock makes a 4x4 nuc sized pc with any of the 4000 laptop apus including the 4300u.

asrock jupiter x300 and lenovo thinkcentre tiny m75q gen2 are both around 1L.
in case you're looking at building something powered by battery/carried all day i'd go with a u series mobile chip, there are some mini PCs available with it or try to get laptops with busted screen from ebay. If hdmi out and battery are working you're saving yourself a lot of work.
