Looking for a beautiful mITX case, with an ODD slot?

I'm looking for an mITX case with these:
  • ODD slot (or drive bays)
  • 240mm rad space
  • Front panel connectors
I do a lot of drive swapping, so having at least one Icy Dock Caddy (https://amzn.to/35mCWBT) is essential. For convenience, I would also like to have some front panel connectors, and space to fit a 240mm radiator. The closest case that fits my need I could find was the IN WIN 901 (https://amzn.to/38xlaho), which fits most of my needs.

Does anyone else have any other recommendations?

I don't think the new NCASEs have it anymore.

In Win 901 is beatiful but it does not fit 240mm radiator - easily, you can always mount it out back, backpack style.

If you want higher-end/hotter components, cooling is a bit of an issue. It only has 120mm fan in (from the hole in the bottom front past the connectors with some effort needed to tuck away the connector cables inside the case) and 90mm fan out the back (where air has to go through the external rear panel with connectors and cables complicating the airflow there). PSU takes air from cramped inside as well. Other than these, the case has thick aluminum all around and tempered glass on sides with no chance of airflow.

Despite the compromises, 901 looks and feels premium. It is both beatiful and high quality. I really loved this case.

is your GPU watercooled ? SFX PSU ? minimum case width ? length ? Budget ?

Also, if you have a spare PCI bracket, then you can also use PCI slot HDD caddy ;)

So, to clarify, you don't need an ODD slot, but a 5.25" bay, correct?

"ODD slot", particularly in SFF, normally means this:

From the linked drive bay, I think that OP "needs" a slim ODD slot

Lian-Li PC-TU series has slim ODD and is stylish (at least for me), but won't fit a 240mm radiator. That's why I asked for other requirements, such as GPU length, PSU size, etc. Or the acceptability of a PCI mounted drive bay, like the Silverstone one I linked.

Humm… back in 2015 I felt the need to have the ability to quickly add and remove 3.5 and 2.5 inch hard disks to my main workstation. To achieve this I modded my already modded Silverstone TJ08B-E case adding a top loading drive feature.

You can see my adventure in this thread:

https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...m-2-xp941-booting-os-x-via-clover-xw1.156685/

Adding the drive port is found at post # 9.

And in 2012, I actually added a slot loading ODD in my “The White One” project. The details are here:

Good modding,
