Hi everyone. Been using Mac's (and will continue to do so) for 20 years. Seeing how much more bang for your buck you can get with a home build has become increasingly difficult to ignore, so after watching a few youtube videos and finding my way here, I'm building an Ncase M1 custom loop beast around a 3950x and 2080ti FE. Lots of components already delivered, including an all-nickel EK Quantum Magnitude CPU waterblock today. I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing with any of it. Here for the party and to learn as much as I can along the way - hopefully I'll have a working computer in a month or so.
