Log Less than 4L Case advice needed

Can anyone advise a case that is smaller than 4L. Two example cases would be a lazer3d HT5 and a NFC Skyreach4 Tiny, but they are both out of stock.

Goodisory A01 on Amazon. A shy over 3L and I just completed a brickless build with core i5 12600k, epp-200-12 and ASUS ROG Strix Z690 motherboard. No graphics card but the EPP-200-12 is in the case.

Goodisory A01 on Amazon. A shy over 3L and I just completed a brickless build with core i5 12600k, epp-200-12 and ASUS ROG Strix Z690 motherboard. No graphics card but the EPP-200-12 is in the case.

This looks cool. Would a 250W HDPLEX psu fit even though it mentions the need for a pico PSU?

I would say the choice is between the 4 liter Velka 3 or the 5 liter A24-v5. Depending on what kind of cpu you want as the latter has about double the cooler clearance to make up for that extra 1L and of course which 4060 you prefer to use (ITX or LP). Here they are on one picture:
