Enclosure ITX case I can vesa mount to a monitor?

Is there a case designed to be mounted to the back of monitors that is capable of housing an ITX motherboard along with an HDPlex 400w DC-ATX board?

Perhaps a Silverstone Milo 10 might come to a close fit?
You will have to figure out how to fit the power supply part.

The only case that I know of is the S4M-C (There might be others that I don't know about tho). The newer Skyreach mini should be able to do the same, but I'm not entirely sure.

ASrock desk mini has vesa built in and comes with a power brick. Might be easier to just get a custom side panel made with vesa mounts for a K39 or a Skyreach. Velka case might be a option too once the side panels have holes in them, as-long as two holes line up with vesa. I would also say HT5 or the Smaller Geeek case but idk how acrylic would hold up.
