There are quite a few shops offering the case in Austria and Germany. Case MW-01 incl shipping to Germany starts from ca. 36€ ~ 44$.
MW-01 costs 2€ more. Maybe some shops offer international shipping. Otherwise there are probably other manufacturers selling the same case under different name and brand.
