To be clear, how exactly did you measure those dimensions?

If you could measure these dimensions it'd help keep things consistent:

EDIT: The card does seem to be around 173mm x 98mm in size.

Thats a nice and small card! Not a fan of the aesthetics though.

How does it perform in terms of temps and noise?

I don't have a huge amount of experience with card noise. I actually like the way it looks which is part of why I bought it.
(that and it is smaller)
It's slightly louder than my LP MSI 750ti but from a distance it is not even noticeable. I think the fan must be more efficient because it runs cooler than the 750ti.

Temp: 45-48 degrees C with extended gaming, an open air case, and the AMD x4 845 set to 105% with fan optimization on.
