I was wondering which one would be better if I am going for a CPU with iGPU and will later upgrade to a gpu. Which has better cooling and would have more compatibility for bigger gpus?

Compatibility-wise, NR200P wins by a landslide because it's so much bigger. And being so much bigger is its biggest downside vs. the A4-H20. Better see in person if sizing is really important to you.

The Dan A4 is build especially for a 240mm AIO. Or 55mm CPU air cooler. For GPUs its 3 Slots or 322mm.
The Size is about 11Liter or 140 mm x 244 mm x 326 mm HxWxL. Cost in my country is 160€.

The NR200P can fit a 4-Slot GPU with 330mm length. AND it doesn't need a riser. The 3090FE fits nicely for example...
CPU cooling is either a up to 280mm AIO or 155mm Air Tower.
Size is 185 x 292 x 376 mm (WxHxL) or 20Liter.. Price is 80-110€...i have seen some on amazon for under 60€.
And it comes in different color options.
Building in the NR200P is quite easy. There is also a modding community who also made 3D-Prints for ATX-PSU Mounts or more radiator support.
