Concept Idea: Sub 17L ATX Case? (ATX PSU, ATX mobo, multi GPUs, dual 240mm rads)

320mm x 170mm x 312mm

Uses the same layout as the Cerberus X.
I got the inspiration from the Mechanics Master C26, a 13L mATX case:

I like this. Why there is a 150mm limitation tho? Atm, I can't visualize what could possibly limit GPU length
