Yea, NF-A12 (Or most noctua items) is a pain to get in my country. They go for around 40USD per piece. So i would like to get as little as possible.
My current plan is
NF-A14 that came with the C14S
NF-A9 as intake (I dont think I would need this now with my i5 3470 but I can hop on my friend's Amazon order which would get me free shipping)
2x NF-A12 as intake / exhaust for GPU depending if I decide to deshroud the Zotac 1060 I might be getting.

I dont think I will go too crazy with getting 2x slim fans for the side panel of the Ncase like I've seen some do.
