Help Buying Air Compressor For Workshop

In the market for a small-medium sized oil-less electric air compressor to be used periodically around my shop (initially dusting parts etc). No intentions of using it for heavy mechanical work or over long stretches of time.

Any suggestions on something that's:

• Low-maintenance
• Small SQ footage
• Semi-portable
• Not overly loud

1-3gal sized units seems to be the range I'm finding.

Budget is around $250
