I recently built in the ncase and am going for air cooled but within 10min of playing a demanding game my temps for CPU are 70 celcius plus and gpu are 80 celcius plus.

I'd suggest making a post here in the NCASE section of the forums. You're most likely to get some answers there.
Do remember to list what CPU and GPU you are using, as well as your current CPU cooler. Any other information you can give on other fans you have and whether they're installed as intake or exhaust will help too.
