Is Louqe Computer Out-of-Business?

emails to them are bouncing.

Their website is returning a "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN".

Even worse, my paid-for GHOST R1 MkIII has not been delivered by March 2026, as promised.

Does anyone have any idea how to get your money back from a Swedish company that took it two months ago and now has disappeared?

Hello. No confirmation yet, but it sure looks like it. Not sure if you are a member on the Louqe discord server, but at this point I would highly recommend you do a chargeback with your bank/credit card to get your money back. Good luck to you on that.

IDK, but their FB page suggests otherwise - or why else would they post a video suggesting the S2 is finally in the works? (February 20th).

Maybe they forgot to renew their domain data? Or when they registered it in the first place, botched up the owner / Admin-C? Both are classics. Another classic: Their hosting provider fscked up or disappeared.

While I appreciate your optimism, they flaked for a few days last year when it expired, but now after 11 days this year, would you not notice if your company had not received any business email messages for that length of time? Would you not have your revenue-generating website monitored to know it is down and not working for that length of time? We will know more in 79 days.

In a similar boat and pre-ordered a Ghost R1 MkIII back in October of 2025. Going to see if my credit company can do a chargeback 5 months later since it was a pre-order, but I'm guessing that money is gone.

Been hearing from others that it might be six months, but it could be different at each financial institution. They said to explain the whole situation and they might help you out with that, especially with it appearing that Louqe has shuttered. Good luck to you!

Thanks, guys, for the advice.

Since I paid by CC, I've started a dispute, which may turn into a CC insurance claim. The somewhat good news is that I didn't reach the deadline to file a dispute for "merchandise not received".

As an aside, I paid in full for the GHOST R1 MkIII on 2 January 2026, with promised delivery in February 2026. On 21 February 2026, I inquired about my order and found that the delivery date had been pushed back to March 2026. On 28 March 2026, a "Where's My Stuff" email bounced, and following up on their website returned a blank page. It looks like Louque packed it up sometime between 21 February and 28 March 2026.

Their website and email ceased after they did not pay they domain renewal fees before they expired on “Registry Expiry Date: 2026-03-18T12:00:45Z”. Does not mean they packed it up yet. It is entirely possible they are still not aware or have something else in their lives going on that is more important than running the business. Life happens. If they do not pay the renewal fees for the domain by June 18, 2026, that may mark the end of Louqe.

@BlackJacque @hrh_ginsterbusch In the post above, Louqe declared bankruptcy, for the second time, today. Unless it is an elaborate April Fools Day joke, this is the end for Louqe.

Even Mio/b14ckb1rd posted on the Louqe Discord server that they are no longer with Louqe as of mid-March 2026.

If anyone pre-ordered the Louqe Ghost R1 MkIII or Ghost RC1 MkIII cases from August 2025 to March 2026 should do an immediate chargeback with their financial institution that they used for payment.

Ugh! Yep, looks like it's the end of the road for them. My credit card company was able to refund the $235 preorder from them, so if you also preordered and never received your item, call your credit card company!

Long strange trip that it's been, but my CC Company finally made me whole after Louqe went bust before they shipped me my paid-for GHOST R1 MkIII. It only took 2 months.

As an aside, I rolled the return into an NCASE M3 - Grater. I sprung for the "Cosmic Orange (Powder Coat) + Black Color Dust Filters" option, because I could. I'm going to be doing a watercooled build in it, with the bunch of Heatkiller, 32 GB of fast DDR5, and a 4 TB PCIe 5 SSD, all bought pre-RAMageddon on sale, while waiting for the Louque to arrive in February, 2026.

Thanks to all the folks here at SFF for their good advice and support.

Nice, I like the way the orange looks with the black side panel. I have 32gb of 7200 MHz ram I bought 2 years ago for $130, that ram now, if you can find it, is $450 and up.
