GPU Gigabyte GTX 1070 Issues

My 1070 has stopped working :|
The fan doesn't spin when I turn on my pc (it normally does) and no video signal is being output through either HDMI or DisplayPort.

Limited troubleshooting has not fixed it, so far I have turned the system on and off, reseated the power connectors and gpu, and tried HDMI and DisplayPort cables.

This is my second 1070 Mini-Itx OC, I RMA-ed the first one due to display issues. I am hope that I can get this one to work again, or else it will be damn near impossible to get a replacement.

what I do in these situations:
- turn off everything and unplug power cord
- (wait 2 minutes)
- remove motherboard battery
- remove all components (ALL of 'em)
- clean up everything
- place all components back
- put the battery back
- change video cable
- (if it works)
- load bios optimized defaults
- customize bios
- profit

I know it's not magic, but still...

Welp, after doing everything you suggested and more I'm declaring my card dead, unless anyone has anymore suggestions.

Don't. Baking a GPU is a myth, and if it does "work" it is for entirely different reasons than you think. Watch Louis Rossmann's video on this. A little ranty, but his points are valid.

I baked a Via picoITX mobo once, got maybe another 4 weeks out of it before it crapped out for good
