One wire Archdaemon powering makes the cables as simple as possible,as clean as possible.
unqiue design Archdaemon 24pin plug unit, upto 40A current rated inductors and mosfets, can deal with all your high-end on board devices, only limited and derated by working temp of the case:

back of Archdaemon EX is complete covered by Kemet T520 KO Polymer-Tantalum capacitors as 12V input/output,5vsb/5v/3.3v output capacitors, provide your hardwares very low ripple voltage and high speed current responsibility:

for help cooling, there is a small heat sink can be attached to back of the Archdaemon EX:

the Archdaemon EX is not so hot ,so the small heatsink is mostly for visual effect:

use an XT60e-m for 12V input connector,it can be mounted onto the case via 2 M2.5 screws:

use a Gunique customed made dual 14awg ultrasoft silicone cable to transfer 12V current in one wire:

and distributs the 12V current to CPU wires via a tiny load switch PCB,which is Sync. controlled by Archdamon EX duiring power on/off:

then solder this one wire cables set onto the Arcdaemon EX plug:

one wire powering makes the main 12V rail in a sigle cable so the cable in sff case can be as simple clean as possible, and each part of wire's length can be customed made:

back:

as XT60 is 30A sustain current rated, the whole Archdamon EX set could be upto more than 350watts power:

finished, mount onto a test bench for testing:

Amazing stuff as always!
as XT60 is 30A sustain current rated, the whole Archdamon EX set could be upto more than 350watts power:
With so much power at hand, do you plan to add some output for peripherals or GPU (with solid state relay/load switch)?
