this concept is based from the layout of:
size is 27cm L 17.8cm W 4.2cm H, 2L volume ,Hardware is Asrock Rack EPC621D4i with Xeon Gold 6244es and Lenovo OEM GTX1660ti,0.2L 600watts G-unique G-cake External brick .
with the power of smallest high power G-cake,i can arrange the hardware as compact and as small as possible.
CPU cooler is Dynartron B18 working in PWM mode:
test it in the internal frame :
Xeon 6244es CB R20 gets 3300 points,and GTX1660ti get 3Dmark of 6200 points,so the PPL mark is about 65000,not bad for the 100USD es cpu and 200USD second hand GPU build.
after sampling the case,the size is finally reduced to 27cm x 17.3cm x 4.2 ,1.96L,and paint the case to black.
because the total height of the case is 4.2cm,and the thickness of case is 1.5mm,so the available internal height is only 39mm,next is how to make a special power solution for the PPL build.

room above the 24pin socket is only about 18mm:
usual archdamon 24pin directplug cant work here:
so have to use a special very low profile 24pin directplug pcb of 16mm height,and the terminals need to be directly soldered to the pcb,witou the hosing:

make all the cables suitable for this build:
then plug the VLP directplug into MB:
and mount the XT60 DCjack:
and make a 9.5cm X 5cm X4cm 190cc volume smallest 600watts extrmal brick,which i call it G-cake to power this build:
