the user has a build with dual amd GPU card running CF,and Matx X570 with 3900X,maybe the total power consumption is about 800watts:
the case uses a noisy server 1U module as power source,and it becomes more and more noisy when the case is running hot:
one solution is move the power source outside of the case and make it works as a brick,and give the brick a cool environment:
custom make a 1U/flex compatible DCjack bracket that accept 12V input from the brick,via a couple of special current enhanced XT90 dchack and 8awg dc cable:
then use a power-hub to fan out the 12V power source to triple XT60-H .for GPU cards and CPU.and one MR30 connect the archdaemon directplug unit for MB 24pin power.the power of GPU,CPU is sync controlled by archdaemon plug via mosfets load switch which in integated in the power-hub.also this power-hub has its own 12v-5v dc2dc circuit to power the sata ssd/hdd driver etc.
very simple and clean internal cables:
by remake the modular cables,user can move and keep using the kits in other case:
