Those two 4 pins are probably power outputs for the sata drives. Now, 6 pin is the unknown for me, it's either PCIE 6 pin or something special for other rails like 5V and 3.3V.

But I think the extra 6pin PCIe is for the CPU, the 8pin max out around 230W(?) and this intel generation can go way past it...

No, the 8pin eps can provide up to 480w in theory. If they needed more cpu power, they would add 4pin or another 8pin eps, not 6 pin pcie. Another thing, the vrm on this board is too weak to fully utilise one 8pin eps, let alone mote than that.

So yeah, interesting stuff :)

Any update, or word on this? I know this motherboard may be a pipe dream. But ITX + DTX + riser options sounds like a dream.

Also I'm totally for ditching excessive connectors like the 24 pin connector if we could get away with less.
