Fan Resonance

I finished my new NCASE build over the weekend and so far things are running pretty well.

One issue I've noticed is that I have some annoying fan resonance. I suspect it's likely coming from the two 140mm fans on my C14 CPU cooler.

I could add the LNA to one of those fans to cut the max RPM from 1200 to 900, and I think this should help with the resonance issue. Currently I have the fans as intake, pulling cool air in from outside the case and blowing down over the motherboard. One fan is on top of the C14, the other underneath.

Does it make more sense to slow down the top fan (closest to intake) or bottom fan (closest to motherboard) ?

It turns out the resonance was caused by the two 120mm fans under my graphics card. Used a low noise adapter on one and the resonance is gone.
