Hello,

I have just finished to puct together my first mini-ITX but I can't use it because it's impossible to plug a HDMI cable into the motherboard's backpanel. There is an offset of 1 or 2 mm between the backplate and the connectors.

Do you think some kind of spacers between the case's standoffs and the motherboard could solve this issue? In this case, where could I get 1or 2mm spacers?

Take the motherboard out and reinstall... I don't believe it or the IO shield was installed correctly.

This.
If it is the rare occasion, raise the motherboard by putting some of these red washers between the standoffs and the motherboard.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Finally I could plug my HDMI but it's a bit inclinated and it's very sensitive to any plugging/unplugging on other plugs on the motherboard.

Anyway I have decided to switch to a Sharkoon QB One case to get more space for better cooling because I want to achieve some OC which doesn't seem possible in the Node 202. I hope not to have such an issue anymore with that case.
