No. 3D print a replacement for the PCB, meaning without the circuits.
I have made a ITX PC inside an old xbox and I tried to make the original buttons into on/off and reset buttons. But because of how to original PCB is made with a common ground for all lights and buttons, it gets messed up when trying to couple it to a PC motherboard with separate grounds for each switch. That, and the fact that I might have destroyed the PCB with my incredible noobish soldering skills. Xp
So I would 3D print a board, and install switches that are in no contact with each other.
