Wanted to share this short mod - My S200 Mini PC has been running caseless for a while now, and I had a standard CPU cooler on it (IS-VC45 - Vapor Chamber CPU Cooler, which I love), but I felt I could do better / slimmer.
The processor has a custom copper heatspreader mounted on it with just thermal interface - I removed this entirely, after originally replacing all TM with AS5.
I modified an older HP AMD (sacriledge!) universal heatsink, it was the only one with the large enough clearance to fit over the chokes on the power. Made a cutout for the processor clamping screws, and installed it.
Thermals are UP when idle, but DOWN when under load. I'm happily chugging away at 4.8-5GHz most of the day. Biggest plus - Fan noise is down, as there is no user-controllable fan profiles, I'm kind of stuck with whatever it wants to do.
