GPU Dimensions for Half-height (low profile) graphics cards

I cannot seem to find the dimensions for the mounting, not to the motherboard, as a riser will be used. I need the rear IO dimensions.

low profile brackets are kinda weird. if you take measurements from full size brackets its not just a matter of taking the height off as the brackets don't align by the bottom flange. the low profile has a smaller flange.

also, the screw hole position from the low profile bracket is flipped if compared to full size pci bracket if that looks confusing.

just my 2 cents for you to look out
