Custom waterblock or retrofit for RTX 4060 LP

Been pondering about this for a few weeks now. Even looked at the EK Thermosphere but then quickly realised it probably won't work due to the mounting hole pattern is rectangular rather than square! The RTX A2000 has a block from Bykski or Barrow (cant remember which) but again the mounting holes don't line up. Has anyone here thought about designing one or utilising something else that would work?

I looked at AM4/AM5 cpu blocks due to the rectangular mounting pattern but again, nope it won't fit.

I can see why now most people have gone with fan and shroud mods instead.

Maybe do a mixed thingy? CPU block + custom cnc'ed copper block? or hybrid?

Edit: AFAIR alphacool got a generic GPU block that only requires adding a custom block for the rest of the GPU.
