The ventilated front panel is 15mm thicker than the original front panel to allow for two thin 92mm fans. The mounting of the fans is achieved by adding some squishy materials (e.g. 1-2mm thick thermal pad / thermal adhesive) between the two fans and then squeezing the fans into place. It should hold the fans quite firmly in the designated cutout without the need of screws...

mind if I ask what the water-cooling components are for this build? specifically your pump and cpu block?

this is really cool, I'm printing it now (without the holes at the front) so that I can fit the gpu that is slightly too big into the case. Does your design use heat-set inserts? or do the screws go straight into it?
