Custom cables?

I do my best to help where I can, I've done several S4 Mini Cable sets so I should be able to help you out.
As far as the lengths go, there are different measurements for the HDplex 300w and the 400w (because of changed header locations) both of which I have but I'll assume you meant the 400w since the 300w is discontinued.
The lengths of Visible Wire (in between connectors) for each of the cables are as follows:
- 24pin - 2.5in (63.5mm)
- CPU 8/4pin - 6in (152.4mm)
- GPU 8/6+2/6pin - 9in (228.6mm)
Edit: added metric conversions for people used to that system
I'd learn it better myself but I haven't shelled out the cash for Metric measuring devices just yet
