Where can I get a screw in C13/C14 screw in extension. I need to take the power cable from the PSU to the back of the case. Where can I get it?

Mouser or Digikey are both great places to source those sorts of parts. I personally use Digikey because their delivery is insanely fast (often within 48 hours).
I tried, and after tones of research I found out there is no available after market product anywhere. You can buy one from NCASE, but that's all I know so far.

This one is clip in, so as long as you cut the hole the right size in your case it will stably fit inside. I used a C7/8 version for my S4 Mini Orangulan log and it works perfectly. If you want one with an EMI filter like on the HDPlex AC-DC units they typically cost a LOT more.

if you mean something like the one on the NCase Accessories page (use the drop down menu), IIRC you can get them (not sure which orientation...) from Silverstone as they use them in the SG08/9/10

Yes, that's the one. You'll need to heatshrink it after soldering, with that voltage going through it. The inner engineer is not strong on thread sizes by eye, but maybe M4 countersunk screws would be what you need to put it on the back panel.
