Cooling Best CPU Cooler - Noctua NH-L12S vs Big Shuriken 2 Rev. B with RVZ03B

Hey everyone, i have these two coolers and i'm trying to decide which one is the best one? I'm trying to use it with the silverstone RVZ03B and i'll be cooling an i7 8700k. I have looked at reviews and such, and the reviews say that the Shuriken 2 keeps things cooler by a few degrees, but noctua is better (at least in what people are saying). If someone could tell me which one is the best? Price isn't a concern of mine, I'd really appreciate it!

if price is no concern, try putting noctua's nf-a12x25 on the big shuriken. that's probably your best bet in the rvz03.

How do i mount it? Can i use the clips that are holding the fan atm? Or is it jerry rigged?

The clips that hold the fan hook to the lower part of the fan so increased height won't matter.

I'm very happy with my NH-L12s. Upgraded from a Scythe Shuriken (not big Shuriken).

you may also want to check out the nt06-e from silverstone. you can definitely fit a 25mm fan below the heatsink and avoid any noise from turbulence.
