Motherboard Are there AM4 motherboards with DisplayPort?

A R5 2400G build would be fantastic. It would use less power than my i5 3450 and RX 460 (a bulky Sapphire Nitro card) and would be able to play most of the same games. The things that have me torn the most though would be giving up 4GB of GDDR5 and giving up DisplayPort

Are there any Raven Ridge-ready Motherboards with DisplayPort? If not what would you say is the best choice of motherboard for the APUs? I would prefer mATX or ITX form factors.

Whilst the layout is.. controversial.. it's our go-to test bench for AMD systems at the moment! None of the other offerings (ASRock, ASUS or Biostar) have DisplayPort.

Okay then sorry for wasting your ten minutes because I'm changing my mind after seeing some Hardware Unboxed benchmarks. It would seem I shouldn't take 4GB of GDDR5 for granted. I mean I still want a "low power" PC, but I guess RX 460 is as low as I'm gonna go.

The minimum frames on the old GTX 750ti were beating the highest frames on the R5 2400G in their tests and an RX 460 according to UserBenchmark is an improvement over the GTX 750ti all across the board.

I guess I'll be able to atleast look forward to the advancements in power consumption (especially at idle) with the Ryzen 2700 when that comes out soon to replace my ~6 year old i5 3450 which needs a TDP of 77w despite being a more "entry level" chip.

Don't worry about my ten minutes, it was an interesting exercise to revisit the current AM4 product stack

To be honest, the Raven Ridge product lineup isn't the "miracle" we were hoping for - the performance in my testing is on par with the 750ti in most scenarios (avg frame rates), dipping below in some cases. (I have a "short" review in the works which was intended to be a much more in depth one but was curtailed by house moving)

I've found two so far because I'm looking for the same thing; socket AM4 for Ryzen APU and Displayport, but I'm also just looking at B350 chipset boards.

Asus ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING
MSI B350M MORTAR

I really like the ASrock B350 Pro4 because it has two M.2 slots but alas does not have Displayport. I might have to look other chipsets to get everything I want but was trying to keep costs down.

Just announced, Gigabyte B450 AORUS Motherboard. 2 x HDMI and 1 DisplayPort.

Fortunately Gigabyte went back to a more conventional layout.

I have this board (albeit with a GPU) and it works great paired with the 2600x.
