any chance of an objective temperature?

What kind of tool should I need to measure temps?
If I had to guess, it's hotter than anything I've ever felt by hand around PC parts. Maybe 70°..??

That Meanwell unit has a 12V - 0.5A fan supply that you can use for additional cooling. The manual is there, if you need it.

What kind of tool should I need to measure temps?

I use the aquaero 5 LT and 6 LT currently for temperature measurement of coolant and components. It also accesses all the motherboard and cpu temperatures etc in the same way as cpuid hardware monitor. You just attach a thermocouple to whatever you want to monitor.
You can control fans and pumps accordingly to a specific sensor.

Unfortunately I have no connection to the company making aquaero

This is just one way of doing it. there are other controllers/monitors, but I have no experience of them
