Hey folks,

I just wanted to post a link to the EVGA SC2 1080ti ROM which I've been using with my Zotac 1080ti Mini with great success.

Some users have tried using other Zotac 1080ti ROMs to reduce the fan speed floor on their 1080ti minis, but the Zotac ROMs will tend to break the HDMI audio output on the 1080ti mini. This ROM will reduce the fan speed floor on your Zotac 1080ti mini to 0% without disabling your HDMI audio output.

One issue that I have run into is that the card will try to keep the GPU fan speed at 0% for a little longer than I would like. If you are going to use this mod, I would strongly suggest that you use afterburner to configure a custom fan profile to ensure that your card does not overheat.

Cheers.

I use the asus XOC bios on my msi seahawk 1080ti. 0% fan capable and voltage and power unlocked. Just have to make sure if using aircooling you dont loose to much fan speed from it at 100% and you should be good. As far as i can recollect it should work on all boards reference or otherwise, but double check the overclock.net thread first. I dont even use the full 1.2v as it barely scales past 1.1v. Only downside is you can no longer limit power consumption and it can hit 500+W at 1.2v.
