CPU AIO or air cooling CPU safer for frequent transportation?

One of the reasons for building a SFFPC for me is the thing I want to be able to transport it.
And that means mostly in a backpack walking or on a bike and it's not all smooth roads here.
So it's quite a lot of movement, vibrations etc.

My thoughts so far:

Air
quite heavy (~1 kg) thing mounted directly to the board and CPU which can mean a lot of stress on a CPU and motherboard during transport.
(Thinking about attaching it with some extra piece of metal to the case to alleviate that.)
+ nothing to leak

AIO
tubes stop sealing (not necessarily detach) because of the stress caused by the transport
ads ~1 kg to the build
+ less stress on the CPU
+ better cooling

Probably going for Ryzen 5800X or 5900X (105 W TDP) in Ncase M1 + Noctua NH-C14S (if air cooled) + something like 2060 (I don't need much GPU power, not a gaming machine).

What are your thoughts / experience with this?
