Why are all (not that there are many) ITX(ish)-sized GPUs mainly available only to the non-USA market...?

Why can't ASUS/Noctua offer a SFF GPU collaboration to us SFF fanatics here in the US of A, something with either dual 25x92mm or 25x120mm high static pressure fans and a graphene-coated copper heat sink (with a vapor chamber)...?

And what ever happened to the graphene-coated copper Cryorig C5 HSF...? The only copper variant we can get now is non-coated, and comes with a white fan, I want a black (graphene-coated) heat sink and fan, please...

Just frustrated with the lack of actual SFF gear available to the US market, and slightly miffed at the mainstream market with their offerings of ITX/SFF chassis' that all seem to be 20L or more...

Can we not get a quality sub-10L chassis (preferably a cube shape that allows an ITX mobo with a dual 25x120mm fan/dual tower HSF, with a SFF/ITX(ish)-sized GPU mounted directly to the mobo,, & a SFX PSU) from the mainstream market...?

Yes, I fully realize the biggest factor keeping this from happening is the simple fact that the sales numbers most likely would not match the R&D numbers needed to create these SFF/ITX-specific components...

But a man can dream, can he not...? ;^p

Y'all please let me know the state of SFF/ITX(ish)-sized GPUs, and of 10L or less chassis' that DON'T require a riser cable or a PSU that is something other tha SFX, thanks...!

This is what we need for the US market, but with a RX 9070 card instead of a RTX 5070...
