Let me be clear. Its 100% a prediction that im making and not fact. That being said the 1180 is about to drop and i dont reccomend you buy a 10 series chip now id wait for it to drop a ton over the next few months. The 1160 wont be out for a little bit after that and a mini should follow soon...

There was a bunch of unverified stripped down 1180 chipset leaks that showed it was 14 pin. I believe 1080 founders is 16 pin?

Bad news boys. 1180 is a 6+8 pin so its likely not as effecient architecture as pascal. The fact that nvidia is also pushing game streaming services mean they want stronger mining cards for themselves. Expect significantly better productivity benchmarks than the 10 series and expect similiar...
