It depends on the fan noise you are willing to tolerate. For the Chopin, the obvious sweet spot is the i5-8400. i7-8700T being less noisy and upwards the 8400 model you‘re getting higher temperatures/ more fan noise. With the 8400 also being the cheapest. So 8400 would probably be your best bet...
