@Thehack Sorry for the confusion. The ATX PSU powers on just fine, but the 8 pin GPU connection and 6 pin SATA appear not to have power. I'll have to grab my multi-meter and confirm no power to any of the pins but the GPU fans are not spinning up when the PSU turns on. I'm using the ADT.Link...
