this was the reason for me to swap the nf-a14s for nf-a12s with the 140mm adapter, which is a lot better

depends on ur sidepanel config

its more a server board than a casual consumer

i run my 120mm fans @ 700 rpm on idle low load and my 140mm fans @ 500 rpm temps are decent, only the looks and the double exhaust is not so fine.

But will it fit with the riser cable I don’t think there is 15mm more room ?

@srekal34 what kind of modding? So best 280mm Rad would be oem version which is shrinked? atm I have built in the gts240. Only issue seems for me much higher chipset temps due the double exhaust mode does not perform as well as with 140mm due the distance is higher to the sidepanel

can anyone confirm hardwarelabs nemesis gts 280 fits into the sm580? specs say: Maximum 328mm x 150mm x 72mm nemesis has 312m x 153mm so 3mm kill me?

so Eisbaer LT finally mounted in the sm580, draining air out of the circuit is cancer, and i spent like 2 hours of finding out which fittings are suitable for getting the right angle out of the cooler and being able to close the side panel. Noise is much more silent than kraken.
