Can't get the NH-C14S to fit!

I set the fan on the interior lip of the C14S and then use the pressure from the PSU Cable extension to hold it in place. You can find more details here.

Can't get the NH-C14S to fit!

Unscrew the Ncase M1 plate logo and swap their locations.

The Chimera MachOne: For the pros. Small meets flexible.

Watching the C4 and T1 release has me hopeful we can get a picture of this case some time soon. Mach One has been back burnered into oblivion.

    Ncase M1 V6.0 C14S Temperature Results

I would consider it to be medium or high on a gigabyte board. I have a pretty OP chip that I'm able to adjust LLC values only and get stable OC's. Stock LLC and voltage I can run 5.0. LLC3 and stock voltage I can run at 5.2. LLC3 and 1.45V and I can run 5.4/5.5 for cinebench runs etc. I let the...

    Ncase M1 V6.0 C14S Temperature Results

Best CPU temps are on row 19. PSU with the ATX/Front mount, one 120 slim on the side panel above the C14S as intake. One 140mm fan under the C14S blowing towards the motherboard. One 120mm slim fan wedged between the PSU and right panel as exhaust. One 92mm rear fan as exhaust. Two 120mm fans...

    Ncase M1 V6.0 C14S Temperature Results

I posted this on reddit yesterday and figured some folks here might like to see the data. I consolidated everything in hopes that it would make it easier to read. For clarification, this is what "Right Panel Intake - Left Panel Exhaust" means...

Totally. Might as well buy the cheapest 120mm fans while we're at is since, hey, it's only noise right? Who cares?

Yes, if you like having constant unsolvable pump noise, absolutely.

    NCASE M1 V6 info

The C14S only has brackets for the included 140mm fan. You'll need to contact Noctua and request the clips - part number NM-SFC14. These do not fit very securely since they were meant to mount 120mm fans to the original C14, but you can kind of get it to work well enough to hold the 120mm fan in...

    NCASE M1 V6 info

I think that's the difference. You can't imagine it, but until you experience it you won't have a frame of reference using the M1. I know several people that went to an AIO and then back due to pump noise. Maybe it's the pitch?

Pump noise. If you sit anywhere near your computer, even if you lower the pump to 60%, you're going to hear it. At least with air you can have the case completely silent while idle. Can't do that with a pump constantly humming in your face.

I bumped the memory up to 3300/16 from 3200/16. I don't fool around with it much because Intel isn't nearly as dependent on ram speed as ryzen.

The Asrock is fine. Just wish it had a type C connector on the board so I could make use of the front panel I/O.

I currently run a deshrouded 2080ti - can confirm it works just like an Accelero. As far as temp testing, I'm currently in the process of running the C14S through a suite of tests. I'll eventually get to all configurations including the intake 92mm and 140mm. We'll be able to see how that...
